Bentonite clay is useful for pulling out toxins from the body. For our first time clay bathers, it is suggested that you bath with the clay EVERY day for 7 days and then 2 to 3 times per week after that.

Please be advised that it is recommended that those with metal joint replacements not submerge/ soak their replacements in the clay water.
